This website, gracelifeflorida.com, is operated by GraceLife Florida, Inc., a Florida not-for-profit corporation doing business as GraceLife Church in Deltona, Florida. We meet on Sundays at the Deltona High School auditorium, 100 Wolf Pack Run, Deltona, FL 32725.

This policy applies to the public website at gracelifeflorida.com, including its pages, sermon posts, and the contact form. It does not cover services that run on their own websites or apps, even when we link to them from this site. The most important of these is Planning Center Church Center, which handles online giving, event registrations, group sign-ups, prayer requests, and our general inquiry and connect form. Information you enter there goes to Planning Center, not to this website. The section on other services below explains this in more detail.

The site itself collects information in only two ways:

• The contact form. If you fill out the form on our Contact page, we receive your name, email address, phone number (optional), and your message. The form emails your submission to [email protected] and keeps a copy in the website's own form-submission log, which our site administrators can view.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard web server logs: your IP address, browser type, the pages you requested, and when you requested them. These logs are used for security and troubleshooting.

That is all the site itself collects. Here is what the site does not do:

• It does not run analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking scripts of its own. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy.
• It has no public registration or login, and comments are closed on every post and page.

Some pages do load content from other companies (embedded YouTube videos, a Google map, and Google Fonts). What those companies may collect when that content loads is covered under "Cookies and embedded content" and "Other services you may use from this site" below.

Our website sets a small number of cookies of its own. If you are a staff member who logs in to administer the site, WordPress sets the usual login cookies. If you are an ordinary visitor, the software that builds our pages (the Breakdance page builder) sets a few first-party session cookies: a PHP session identifier and simple page-view and session counters (named PHPSESSID, breakdance_view_count, breakdance_session_count and breakdance_last_session_id). These expire when you close your browser. They do not contain your name or contact details, they are not used for advertising or analytics, and we do not share them with anyone. The site does not currently run analytics, advertising pixels, or other tracking scripts; if that ever changes, we will update this policy.

Embedded content is different. Every sermon post and several other pages embed videos from YouTube, which is owned by Google, and the Contact page includes a Google Maps embed. Loading a page with one of these embeds means your browser requests that content directly from Google, and YouTube or Google may set their own cookies, which are governed by Google's privacy policy rather than ours. The site's fonts are also loaded from Google's servers, so your browser requests those font files from Google as our pages load.

Much of church life happens through tools that are linked from or embedded in this site but are run by other organizations. Information you enter there is collected by that organization, not by this website, and that organization's privacy policy applies. Videos, the map and fonts embedded in our pages are covered under "Cookies and embedded content."

• Planning Center Church Center (gracelifeflorida.churchcenter.com and the Church Center mobile app) handles online giving, event registrations, the calendar, group sign-ups, the prayer request form, the general inquiry and connect form, and GraceLife Kids parent resources. For example, if you give online or sign up for a group, Planning Center collects that information under Planning Center's privacy policy.
• Outbound links to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, the Apple App Store and Google Play (for the Church Center app), Podbean (our podcast), Beyond the Storm, Hope Resource Center (optionsforu.org), Missionary Athletes International, BragOnJesus.org, and others. Once you leave our site, that site's own policy applies.

We use what you share through the contact form to reply to you and, when you ask us to, to keep in touch about church life. We use server logs to operate and secure the website.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing. We may share information when the law requires it or when it is needed to protect someone's safety.

Contact-form submissions stay in the website's form log and in our email until they are no longer needed for the reason you sent them. You can ask us to delete yours at any time. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider according to its normal rotation.

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through it. GraceLife Kids check-in and family information are handled in person and through Church Center, not through this website.

You decide whether to share anything with us through the contact form.

• Ask what we hold. Email [email protected] and we will tell you what information we have from your contact-form submissions.
• Correct it. If something is wrong, email us and we will fix it.
• Delete it. Ask us to delete your contact-form submissions and we will delete them.
• Skip the form. You never have to use the contact form. You can call us at (334) 472-2324 or email us instead.

Giving records, registrations, and anything else you entered through Church Center are collected by Planning Center, and Planning Center's privacy policy governs that information.

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to the website admin area and the form-submission log is limited to church staff and our web administrator.

If we change how the website handles information, we will post the update on this page with a new effective date. The effective date shown on this page tells you when the current version took effect.
